If your booked vehicle is unavailable, we will provide a larger vehicle at no extra cost, unless a specific vehicle type is requested. During peak seasons or hours, if there’s a shortage of vehicles, we may give you a vehicle with more seats at no extra charge.
- Additional pickups cost $10-$20, depending on the distance
- Midnight Surcharge: $10 for services between 11:00 PM and 6:30 AM
- Pickups in distant areas like Jurong Island and Tuas incur an extra charge of SGD$10 to SGD$30
- Grace waiting time:
- 15 minutes for one-way transfers
- 60 minutes for Arrival pickups
- After grace time, SGD$15 is charged for every 15 minutes of waiting
- Public Holidays or Peak Seasons surcharge: SGD$10 to maintain high service levels
